What to do in Winter: Indoor activities for the whole family
With winter persisting into March and more snow in our sights we are all looking looking for some ways to get out and have some fun while staying warm! Here are some awesome ways the whole family can enjoy each other and make some memories in the Lehigh Valley!
Kids LOVE BounceU's Birthday Parties! But you don't need to get an invite to enjoy all the fun.
You can easily take a look at what is coming up at both locations by visiting our Events Calendar or see the schedule for President's Day below.
Their open bounce schedule varies from week to week but can easily be found by checking their event calendars! Click your chosen location and see whats going on!
Get Cozy and Creative at Crayola!
Color, play and create at Crayola Experience! The kids will love their interactive exhibits, indoor two story play structure and their live shows. They are open 7 days per week including school holidays! They are open daily at 10am!
Skip the line and save some money by pre-purchasing tickets before you go!
All the indoor Fun you can Imagine!
at Imagi Nation!
Imagi Nation is the Lehigh Valley's premier indoor play space for kids! Their "Little World for Big Thinkers" sparks creativity, imagination and inspires every child to think BIG!
This indoor attraction is similar to a Childrens Museum / Hand's on Museum and is set up as a mini city where children can move throughout each of their interactive spaces, exploring, learning and playing! Visit the fire house, grocery store, doctor's office and more!
Imagi Nation is open for regular operating hours each week, making it easy to stop in and play! Their location right next to Dorney Park is conveniently accessible from I-78, Route 309 and Route 22!
The facility is just minutes away from other parts of the Lehigh Valley including Bethlehem, Easton, Macungie, Emmaus, Quakertown and Center Valley making it an ideal family attraction.
Imagi Nation features an on site Ice Cream lab where children can create their own ice cream flavor with their help of Imagi Nation staff. The facility is peanut free for anyone who is concerned about allergies.
Loads of Lasers and Plenty of Putt Putt!
The Mill Experience is the only indoor facility that offers indoor mini golf in the area. Their space also includes an indoor food truck, and a laser tag course all under one roof. Their huge indoor facility has all the fun a family could need without stepping a foot outdoors in the cold weather.
The Mill is open Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays! There is no reservation needed, just drop in. You can even "dine out" all under one roof at their indoor food truck!
Lehigh Valley Museums
It may be chilly outside but these indoor museums are warm and cozy inside! Allentown Art Museum, DaVinci Science Center, and Bethlehem Historic Sites are all waiting to be discovered by your family this winter!
lehighvalley.findandgoseek.net only exists because of hours upon hours of work that comes directly from the heart of a mom who wants to make the Lehigh Valley a better place to raise your family. Because of our effort we publish a resource that makes your life as a parent easier, makes the Lehigh Valley more welcoming to a family new to the area and helps make the Lehigh Valley a more vibrant and engaging place for families to grow and live. In order to make it possible to continue doing this we must find ways to generate income from our work. At times you will see posts from sponsors who pay us a fee to help them spread the word about their business or event. This article contains affiliate links from businesses that give us a very small portion of your purchase should you decide to purchase from any of our links. Barters and fees that we receive from our sponsors and affiliates help make the website the best it can possibly be, they put food on our family's table and allow us to keep doing what we do! By patronizing the businesses who support us and by choosing to opt in to offers we share you keep lehighvalley.findandgoseek.net alive - making it possible for us to continue to provide information and engaging content for years to come. Without you and without our valued sponsors the website could not continue to operate. We love all of our LVFGS Families and thank you for you support.
