Meet & Greet the Grinch 12/15 & 12/16

Let’s Play Books Bookstore is excited to offer FOUR opportunities to meet the Grinch on Saturday, 12/15 and THREE opportunities to meet the Grinch on Sunday, 12/16.

Sponsored by Penguin Random House, Let’s Play Books Bookstore has the opportunity to have the NICE Grinch visit the entire weekend. The shop is small, and so the bookshop is paying-it-forward by offering this special event to as many children in the Lehigh Valley as possible. Fellow Emmaus business, South Mountain Cycle & Café, has joined the fun with a fabulous Grinch punch that attendees are invited to purchase before or after their visit, along with a stroll around the Emmaus Triangle Christmas Tree & local shops. Sunday visitors can also enjoy the Emmaus Farmers’ Market from 10am to 12pm. 

Saturday, 12/15

11am & 2pm: Meet & Greet the Grinch

12pm & 6pm: Reading of How the Grinch Stole Christmas (attic - stair access only) followed by a Meet & Greet with the Grinch. Limited seating.

Sunday, 12/16

10 – 11am Meet & Greet the Grinch

12:30pm Reading of How the Grinch Stole Christmas (attic - stair access only) followed by a Meet & Greet with the Grinch. Limited seating.

1:30 – 2pm: Meet & Greet the Grinch


The visit is free, however the bookstore is requesting a donation of DRY dog or cat food per family (that is able). The bookstore is collecting animal food to donate to the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley. The shop will have many Grinch books for purchase at a special price with donation.
